Caleb Christensen
Caleb is a U.S. military veteran who served as a 13 Fox Forward Observer, working closely with infantry units and learning the discipline, accountability, and leadership that continue to guide his work today.
After his time in the military, Caleb built his career in the home service industry, working as a project manager across multiple trades, including roofing and exterior home services. Over the years, he has managed numerous projects and worked closely with crews, homeowners, and contractors to ensure jobs were completed correctly and professionally.
That hands on experience gave him a deep understanding of how projects should be run with clear communication, attention to detail, and respect for the homeowner’s property.
Today, Caleb remains closely involved in the day to day work of Rugged American Paint Co., making sure every project reflects the level of quality and accountability the company was built on.
