For your convenience, we only require one photo of the issue to begin the review process. Any additional questions or concerns can be discussed during our initial phone call. Please review the terms and conditions of your original contract and complete the form as thoroughly as possible to help us provide the fastest service.
Once your request is submitted, it will be reviewed by our team for approval. Our owner or project manager will typically contact you within 5–7 business days, or sooner when possible. After the initial call, scheduling the repair work usually occurs within approximately two weeks, though timing may vary depending on weather conditions and the time of year your claim was submitted.
